We all talk about how grateful we are to enjoy a plethora of live music and
entertainment, all within easy walking distance....
So for my personal edification -- since I hate to miss a Good Time – yet under a thinly
veiled guise of offering a valuable Public Service I’ve compiled a rough and incomplete
list of Happenings in Puerto Morelos. , Every listing is, of course tentative

Cantina Habanero
Heart's Desire is a true acoustic duo: no pre-recorded tracks
or beat boxes, just two voices and six strings. Their repertoire
includes songs by Dire Straits, Steve Winwood, Joni Mitchell,
John Prine, Jann Arden, CSNY, Linda Ronstadt, Tragically Hip,
Pink Floyd, Jimmy Driftwood, The Mamas & The Papas, Peter
Gabriel, Neil Young, Cyndi Lauper, Richard Thompson, Patsy
Cline, Traffic, Madonna, and Al Green. All in all, a mellow folk-
rock thing.
